A media wall or fireplace surround sounds simple. In practice it involves quite a few moving parts: structural considerations for a large-format TV, cable management and ventilation for AV equipment, getting the surrounding joinery proportions right, and making sure the whole thing reads as a considered architectural feature rather than a television screwed to a wall.

We design and build bespoke media walls, fireplace surrounds, and combined media-and-fire features for living rooms, open-plan spaces, and dedicated cinema rooms across London. Everything is made in our North London workshop and installed by our own team.

No two media or fireplace walls are the same. Typical features include concealed AV storage with flush-fronted doors, integrated display niching for art or books, bespoke shelving at either side, and feature backdrops in panelling, reeded timber, marble, or stone veneer.

For fireplace walls, we work closely with your fireplace supplier or installer to ensure the joinery surround is correctly specified for the heat output, clearances, and flue type. For media walls, we work with your AV installer on cable runs, ventilation slots, and equipment access before anything is fixed.

The result should look effortless — which means doing the technical groundwork properly.
